Junya Okabe, CEO of Character Tank, Inc started his career at Tokusatsu film industry in 1984. He then joined major companies such as SEGA Group and TYO Group. After he boosted his career in creative development and management there, Okabe took the position of Vice President and Chief Creative Executive at Tsuburaya Production, known for their Ultra-man series.
With these experiences, Okabe became an expert in developing and producing projects in various forms of entertainment contents, such as live-action, animation, commercial films, video games, digital contents and even Pachinko graphics.
